Can the existing panel enclosure be kept?
Yes, if its condition and the connected circuits allow the changes needed. Assessment will establish whether a partial upgrade is suitable or the whole panel should be replaced.
Replace a circuit breaker or RCD, update the existing panel or have a new one assembled, labelled and installed. The solution takes account of the circuits and future appliances.
A new appliance needs a circuit, the old panel needs updating or your renovation includes complete rewiring. The job may involve one device or a new panel. First we assess the connected circuits and what the panel needs to serve.
We replace individual devices or add protection after assessing the wiring and connections. If a breaker keeps tripping and the cause is unknown, fault finding comes first: tripping alone does not mean the breaker needs replacing. Suitable devices are selected after the checks.
We assess whether the existing panel can be retained, rebuilt or extended with the devices needed. This depends on the enclosure’s condition, connected circuits and additional load. Sometimes partial changes are enough; elsewhere a new panel is needed.
We select the components for existing and planned circuits, assemble and label the panel, then install it. Any rewiring or new circuits can be included in the overall scope so the panel is planned around the forthcoming electrical work.
Explain why you need panel work: new appliances, rewiring or an update to the existing installation. A photo of the front helps with preparation; connections are checked on site. You do not need to select breaker ratings yourself.
Where needed, an inspection can be arranged through a qualified partner inspection technician. They establish the checks required and issue the inspection document. The inspection is quoted separately from panel assembly or replacement.
