The model, product link or photo, plus the manufacturer’s form if installation confirmation is needed.
Whether the appliance is in position and the connection area is accessible. Photos can be sent via WhatsApp or email without removing protective covers.
The kitchen is fitted and the hob is in place, but you cannot cook yet: it still needs connecting. ELITEK connects electric hobs, cookers and ovens after checking that the existing supply suits the model.
Electric and induction hobs
We check the model’s requirements and the prepared supply before connection. If the circuit needs changing, we identify the cable or panel work required. For the enquiry, the hob model and a photo of the accessible connection area are useful.
Freestanding electric cookers
We connect the cooker to a suitable supply. When replacing one, you can ask ELITEK to remove the old appliance from its position and put the new one in a prepared space. Include these tasks, the model and the condition of the installation space in your enquiry.
Built-in ovens
You can book fitting into a prepared cabinet opening and electrical connection. Share the model and say whether the oven is already in position. Supply requirements are checked for the appliance.
Connection or supply preparation?
A new circuit is needed
If cabling or panel changes are required, the supply is prepared first. Plan this before fitting and connecting the appliance.
Preparing the space and other work
The appliance needs to be delivered and the cabinet opening or worktop cut-out ready. ELITEK does not make cut-outs, transport or dispose of appliances, carry out gas or plumbing work, or repair appliance electronics. When replacing a whole kitchen, prepare the electrics before the cabinets are fitted.
Confirmation of connection
On request, we can provide a connection document or complete the manufacturer’s installation confirmation. Send any specific form before the visit. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer; a connection confirmation and an electrical inspection report are different documents.
Appliance connection costs
Call-out within Prague: 800 Kč. Labour: 800 Kč/hour. The minimum visit charge is 1600 Kč, covering the call-out and first hour. Materials are charged at purchase cost without markup; parking is extra. ELITEK is not VAT-registered. Payment is due after the work. Labour time also covers removing the old appliance from its position and fitting the new one in a prepared space, if these tasks are requested. A new circuit or panel changes are assessed separately; supply preparation is scheduled before connection.
Questions before booking
What if the supply does not suit the new appliance?
First we identify the changes needed, such as a new circuit or panel work. Supply preparation is quoted and scheduled separately, then the appliance can be connected.
Can I get a document for the manufacturer?
Yes, confirmation of connection is available on request. If the manufacturer needs its own form or sets special conditions, send them with the appliance model before the visit.
